Production results, documented honestly.
Strategix documents engagements with audit-grade rigor, not marketing copy. Public case studies are released as engagements close their first measurement window. The methodology, the standards, and the dossier process are published here in advance, because the discipline matters more than the headline.
An honest dossier, not a marketing reel.
First production engagements are inside their initial measurement window. Public case studies will be released as outcomes verify against baseline.
Most firms list case studies before they have any. Strategix does not.
The case studies on this page will read like institutional dossiers, not marketing assets. Each one will document the operational baseline, the system architecture, the evaluation methodology, and the verified outcome over the engagement window stated. The same standard a board director or an investment committee would apply to any operating claim.
Until the first engagements complete their measurement window, the page that would normally list customer logos and percentage lifts publishes the discipline instead. The methodology below is how Strategix measures. The standards below are what a Strategix dossier contains. The dossier access process is how qualified prospects review the work in detail under MNDA.
The credibility of the metric is the metric. We will publish what we can defend, and only when we can defend it.
When public case studies do release, the first will document healthcare RCM and acquisition diligence engagements, reflecting the firm's two hero practice areas and the founder's lived domain experience. That sequence is deliberate. Where Strategix is unfair is where the first proof should land.
First case studies, by hero practice.
First public dossiers will document engagements in the two practice areas where Strategix has unfair operator credibility. The release sequence reflects the firm's hero practices, not its convenience.
Healthcare RCM & clinical operations
Anticipated first dossiers will document revenue cycle, clinical documentation, prior authorization, and intake engagements in surgical practices, infusion centers, and ambulatory specialty groups. Operational metrics will be observed against pre-engagement baselines.

Acquisition diligence & integration
Anticipated first dossiers will document diligence acceleration, memo standardization, and 100-day integration engagements with searchers, independent sponsors, and family offices. Speed, coverage, and decision consistency will be measured against pre-engagement baselines.

A five-step measurement discipline.
Every Strategix engagement follows the same measurement discipline. This is not a marketing framework. It is the protocol that determines whether the work meets the standard required for a public dossier.
Baseline capture
Pre-engagement measurement of the operational metric the system is committed to move. Documented before any system goes into production.
Architecture logged
System architecture, data flow, integrations, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints captured as a point-in-time technical record for each engagement.
Evaluation harness
Automated and human evaluation harnesses configured against the metric. Output quality is measured continuously, not anecdotally.
Window observation
Outcome metrics observed in production over the agreed measurement window. No early claims, no extrapolation from week-one results.
Dossier release
Anonymized dossier compiled with baseline, architecture, methodology, and verified outcome. Reference contacts available under MNDA.
The standard behind every public release.
"Baselines are documented, not approximated."
Every Strategix dossier names the operational metric, the pre-engagement measurement, and the data source. If the baseline cannot be established cleanly, the engagement does not become a public case study. The discipline starts before the work does.
"Outcomes survive the window, not the demo."
Metrics are observed in production over the agreed measurement window. No claims are made on the basis of pilot data, week-one performance, or extrapolation. The dossier publishes what held up, not what looked good in the early sprint.
"References pick up the phone."
Every public case study has a reference contact made available to qualified prospects under MNDA. The standard is institutional. If the client will not take a reference call, the dossier is not released. We do not market on borrowed credibility.
Detailed dossiers, under MNDA.
Even before public case studies release, qualified prospects can review the engagement evidence under a mutual non-disclosure agreement. The dossier package includes the unredacted methodology, baseline measurement, system architecture, observed outcomes, and a reference contact.
Access is granted to prospects engaged in active scoping conversations with Strategix. Requests are reviewed for fit and confidentiality posture. The standard is institutional, the response time is one business day.

Bring Strategix to a real problem.
The fastest way onto the dossier is to be in it. Begin a conversation about your operational thesis and the metric the system would be committed to move.
